Chilean sea bass

Steps:

  • Rinse and pat dry fish, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • Sprinkle with your seasonings (except lemon)

  • Cut dots of butter (~1-2 tbsp) and spread them evenly over the fish

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is firm and starts to flake (or reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees)

  • After fish is out of the oven, squeeze lemon wedges over the top and add additional salt + pepper to taste
