1/2 cup rolled oats cooked with 1/2-3/4 cup water + pinch of salt (I prefer my oatmeal thick and then I add milk to eat like a proper cereal! add more liquid if you like yours softer)

mixed berries

~2 Tbsp hemp seeds (PROTEIN!)

cinnamon

handful chocolate chips

sprinkle of granola for crunch


other options

drizzle of peanut butter or other nut butter

mix in coconut oil (healthy fats!)

add brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey

chia seeds or other nuts/seeds (protein + fat!)

add frozen fruit while oatmeal is still on the burner
