asian lettuce wraps

Honestly, I didn’t even measure what I put in this recipe! It’s that good you don’t really need to. Just eyeball and taste as you go along adding more to your preference!

Ingredients

  • Grass-fed ground beef

  • Minced onion (dried or fresh)

  • Ginger paste (or dried)

  • Liquid coconut aminos (can sub with soy sauce and a pinch of brown sugar)

  • Red bell pepper

  • Sesame seeds to top (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 30 minutes.

  2. Taste and tweak spices as you like

  3. Serve with an Asian salad bag (my favorite is from whole foods) and butter lettuce or other wide-leaf green to use as lettuce wraps.

This recipe is 10 minutes of hands-on cooking time… my kinda easy!
