1-2 TBSP 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
3 𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀

Meat from an entire 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻
Instructions
Heat pot over medium/high heat.
Add butter and vegetables.
Sauté until vegetables begin to brown and start to get soft.
Add liquid, spices, and bay leaves.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes (or until vegetables are soft to your liking)
Stir in lemon juice and dash of cream/milk, then add rotisserie chicken.
Add additional spices or liquid to taste. Remove the bay leaves before serving
** This recipe is a more traditional chicken soup, and is easy to adjust with whatever vegetables you have on hand
** Experiment with adding rice or noodles! Just remember to add extra liquid and cooking time, or add the grain already cooked at the end
