  • My holistic coaching background and over a decade of professional nursing experience enables me to safely support clients with a variety of goals.

    Many want to improve their nutrition and fitness. Others may be managing a chronic condition like PCOS or Pre-Diabetes ano want to implement nutrition and lifestyle changes.

    If you’re not sure whether private coaching is right for you - schedule a consult call and I will help refer the best practitioner suited for your needs.

  • I don’t believe in telling you exactly what to eat. I have seen that approach backfire over and over again.

    I believe in teaching you the fundamentals of nutrition and letting you guide the process of what you like to eat and what feels right in your body.

    This way, you build healthy habits that put you in control for the long run, so you never need to rely on a diet or meal plan again.

    If it’s right for you, food journals can be a helpful tool in assessing nutrition. We will discuss this aspect when you book an initial consult call!

  • Private coaching is an investment of your precious time and energy. For that reason, it’s important for you to make sure we are a good fit to work together.

    Don’t worry, it’s complimentary! Think of it as a first date :-)

    Previous CCS clients do not need to schedule a private consult call before signing up.

  • The Whole Body Reset is my 6-month private coaching program. It includes 1:1 sessions targeted to your specific needs. My approach is holistic and blends nutrition, movement, and stress management.
